(Dude she's still hanging around here, can you believe it?!?)
I know. Don't mock me, parentheses dude.
Did you get a lot of candy or a little stuffed bunny? :3 I got some small bunny rabbits from my grandparents and parents. They're very fluffy. Stuffed rabbits are so adorable. ^_^
Of course, Easter is more than that, kids. It is a religious holiday after all. And a great one at that! Easter celebrates the resurrection of our Saviour. I'm not the best with words in certain cases, so yesterday I took some photos and put some verses on it about Easter.
For what I have received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith- and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
For God in all his fullness was pleased to live in Christ, and by him God reconciled everything to himself. He made peace with everything in heaven and on earth by means of his blood on the cross. (Colossians 1:19-20)
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. (Romans 3:23-24)
One thing which has really stuck with me, which was said by my former Sunday School teacher, is that Jesus could have stopped what was happening at anytime. But He didn't.
Happy Easter, guys! I hope you and your families have a wonderful one, or have (he he.... late posting is late).
This post only required five photos, but yesterday when I took them I took nearly one hundred. ._. Fun facts about the crazy chick who writes this. Jessica's (Kanani~) hair was really pretty looking, too.
